CfA: International Seminar for Albanian Language, Literature and Culture in Prishtina, Kosova

The International Seminar on Albanian Language, Literature and Culture was founded in 1974 at the Faculty of Philology (Faculty of Philosophy at that time) of the University of Prishtina. This seminar is organized for the students, professors and researchers outside Kosova and Albania engaged in the Albanian sciences and in Albanology in general.

The 41st International Seminar will continue the activities from 14th August - 25th August 2023 at the Faculty of Philology at the University of Prishtina. 

The arrival of the participants in Kosova is scheduled on August 13, 2023 (Sunday).The opening ceremony of the Seminar will take place on August 14 at 11:00 AM.

The basic program of the 41st Seminar is as followed:

1. Intensive courses of the Albanian language (three levels);
2. Particular lectures in Albanian linguistics;
3. Lectures in Albanian literature;
4. Scientific references;
5. General lectures;
6. Round table;
7. Additional cultural program aiming to show the participants the natural beauties of Kosovo and the activities in other centers;
8. COLLOQUIUM (24 - 25 August 2023)

The Directory of the Seminar will take over the expenses for accommodation and eventual excursions in Kosova. The travel expenses to and from Prishtina, must be covered by the participants themselves.The application for participation at the 41st Seminar should arrive to the Directory by 15th June 2023 in one of the announced addresses using the document attached.
